Service Description
​
Recent studies show that different forms of mindfulness in forest contexts, such as forest walks or forest-bathing (a Japanese concept),  improve a number of quantitative and qualitative measures of physical and mental health and wellbeing. They are also an eco-antidote to tech-boom burnout and to inspire residents to reconnect with and protect the country’s forests.
On this trip, you can join trained guides for a meditative two- to three-hour ecotherapy excursion and join daily yoga sessions to start your day with the right foot! Contact us for more information.
